Thermochimica Acta (home page: http://www.elsevier.com/locate/tca will publish selected papers from the MEDICTA 2003 Conference in a special issue early in 2004.

Each paper should be prepared according to the Guide of Authors of Thermochimica Acta, which is published in the journal and available online at http://authors.elsevier.com/journal/tca.

In order to speed up the time of publication, all the manuscripts, in four copies plus a disk, must be submitted during the Conference and the papers will be refereed accordingly to the standard procedure of Thermochimica Acta.

Authors should NOT submit manuscripts for the proceedings online, but directly to Professor Manuel A. V. Ribeiro da Silva (on disk and paper).
Online electronic submission is only for regular papers, not special issues!
